About
Graduated Art Historian with a strong background in art analysis and authentication, heritage conservation and technological innovation, I trained at the University of Lausanne, where I completed both my Bachelor and Master's in Art History with a specialisation in Swiss Art Collections. I also pursued continuing education in Northern Renaissance Art through Oxford Lifelong Learning at the University of Oxford.
What truly shaped my practice was a series of experiences at the intersection of art and technology. Through Innosuisse business concept training at EPFL and the UCreate Acceleration Programme at the University of Lausanne, I was immersed in an innovation environment that brought me into direct contact with scientific experts, market specialists and collectors, particularly around authentication and the technical study of artworks. These experiences sharpened both my analytical rigour and my understanding of what collectors actually need.
It is this dual perspective, rooted equally in the scientific and the market understanding of art, that led me to found Triana Temer Advisory in Fine Art. I remain actively engaged in the art and technology space as ArtCentrica's Ambassador. Through these experiences I had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most renowned experts in the field, both on the scientific and market sides. Focused primarily on Old Masters and Modern art, I provide strategic guidance to artists and advise collectors on acquisition strategies, collection management, provenance research, authentication and due diligence across Switzerland, Paris and London.
